About the Project. 3M, a leading company in innovation and technology, entrusted us with the management of the social media channels for its main business units. In the case of 3M Auto, we worked on a digital communication strategy, renewing the tone of the conversation, product communication, digital advertising, ideas, campaigns, and Consumer Engagement activities. Through the creation of a Landing Page, we achieved audience segmentation for the brand into 3 categories: Enthusiasts, Detailers, and Mechanics. This has allowed them to gain greater insight into their followers and expand their customer database.
