About the Project. For L’Oreal, we undertook the development and management of their Customer Care Center, aiming to go beyond traditional customer service and create an innovative Customer Service Lab. This project, which earned us an #ECHO award in the Customer Service category, was the result of a team effort focused on listening, learning, and innovating to bring significant value to both customers and the business. The campaign achieved outstanding results and garnered positive feedback from users, reflecting our commitment to pursuing challenges and excellence in service.
